The bracelet itself measures around 7 3/4 round and should fit a wrist that is 6 3/4 to 7 1/2 inches.

A good way to measure your wrist is to take a string or ribbon and put it around your wrist--then take that measurement and add a half inch to an inch for flow of the bracelet. Put the string along a ruler and find your wrist measurement for the bracelet.
